At Diemme, we take pride in our artisan craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old tracking stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our Italian warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
